The staff that trimmed his toe nails did an amazing job. He isn't an easy one to deal with and I'm so thankful I dont have to worry about his nails for another month or two

Dr. Rhodes was amazing as always! I trust her with my animals 100%! Selena did a great job with Gizmo and made him feel very comfortable!

Dr. Wilson was amazing, explained everything to me. He was so thorough examining my dog. Completely put me at ease. He was so knowledgeable , and friendly. The entire staff was wonderful, Much better then the front office at my Doctor's office...lol

I believe the gal who took Miisa back for her fluids was Jayla (please verify this for me) she was really patient with my nervous morkie and I appreciate her trying to let Miisa get to know her before reaching for her. Miisa still tried to control the narrative but the team member understood. Thank you!

I found a sick pup on my porch and they went out of their way to help this sweet girl. Brought multiple people in to brainstorm ideas about what were the right decisions. Helped me figure out a plan and ultimately find the owners after some hard work. Wonderful experience. Thank you Jessie, Dr Todd and the other great helpful staff.

West Chester Noahs Ark is full of people who take great care to do the best for your pets. When you first arrive, there are really kind people who greet you and check you in kindly and professionally like Miss Yareli. Then the support staff, such as Miss Marcella, go over with you what your concerns are for your pet. They listen to you and prep you for the doctor coming in. She interacted with our baby Pops with kindness and in a lovely voice, super nice. Then Dr Todd comes in for your visit, Pops only sees Dr Todd. He is truly one of the most intelligent, knowledgeable, empathetic and kind person that we have ever met. He helps us tailor Pops health plan to his needs. He listens, interacts and offers suggestions based on us all brainstorming on what Pops needs. We have been seeing him for almost three years and he never disappoints. Having a senior dog can be a tricky journey and Dr Todd is the best person to lead it. Recently Pops had a cyst removal scheduled with Dr Todd. Dr Todd wasn’t feeling his absolute best but he came to work anyway to do the procedure for Pops. This young man is a true blessing from God and He placed Dr Todd in our lives to help Pops have his best life and we are very grateful to Dr Todd and Noah’s Ark.

All the Staff were amazing with her. She is very nervous when she is there and gets a bit aggressive. So sorry for that. Thank you for the patience with her.
