Not happy with care. No one can give answers. Doctor couldn’t give answers about what her ideal weight should be but said she was overweight. everyone acted like this was a normal visit. I would only take my dog to the clinic that has the wait list if something was wrong and we needed seen today. Otherwise I would schedule an appt. Then the doctor told us to feed her a prescription food but we didn’t realize it was prescription until after we left. When I called to ask if the doctor would write a script, no one could answer and they said they had to put a note in for the doctor instead of walking down the hall to ask. At one time or another I have gone to all the Noah’s ark locations and this was the worse experience we have ever had. You would think they would want to treat their pet like their own. We brought her in for lethargy and vomiting.
