Phil Johnson was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions clearly and completely. Phil was prompt and responsive, and friendly! What more could a consumer want? The only reason I didn't award 5 stars was the loan processor was not responsive, and when out of the office there was no "out of office" reply, so I had no idea what was going on or if requested documents had been received and when deadlines were tight that was a frustration. Otherwise, all good! Thank you Phil for your expertise and professionalism!
