Cole did an amazing job getting to know me and understanding what I was looking for! Very easy to understand and talk to! Answered ALL my wife’s and my questions. Time was not an issue or inconvenience to Cole as I initially spoke to him for over an hour and he was willing to call later in the day to have my wife included in the process. It has been difficult moving from Nebraska to Texas with so many boxes to check. Cole helped us line up utilities, internet, home security and much more to give us peace of mind! Knowing Cole is phone call away during our move is priceless! We have moved several times to different states, but have never had such a great experience getting us from point A to point B! We are very grateful to Cole and this service!

She was VERY helpful! Knowledgable, quick, and her opinions are backed by experience and data. I specifically like that our 45min phone call saved me hours of calling each company just to get quotes and shop around. This is a free service I literally would have paid for. Time is money, and she saved me at least 3 hours of being on hold and calling around.

While his disposition was energetic, colloquial, and friendly, his business acumen and industry knowledge was high level and refined. I could tell that Jermaine was highly prepared for our conversation, and provided in depth descriptions of the my options for services and utilities. He made me even more excited than I already am for my upcoming home purchase, and confident that I have the proper set up to protect and provide for my family. All of this, mind you, on a Friday afternoon. He did not “phone it in” at all, despite the weekend being a few hours away.
