Haley was wonderful representative and came to work on a Saturday to explain and assist me in signing up with the program. She educated me on my options and helped with recommendations without bias and which allowed me to make intelligent choices that worked for me and my family.

I particularly appreciated that she quickly rescheduled our call when her initial call caught me where I couldn’t go through things with her at the moment and then she took the time to answer all my questions even when the call went over the planned time.

Jeff with Move Concierge was great to work with; he was friendly, funny, and comforting during a disconcerting and stressful time in our lives(big moves always are!). He expertly explained each option in all the utility categories, specifically spending extra time understanding the security needs for our family and home so that he could recommend which security system would be the perfect fit. After our phone call ended, Jeff emailed us the total cost and all the details of our utilities when he noticed a slight difference in the total cost compared to what he had told us originally. So, he went the extra mile, called us back to make sure we noted that difference, and made sure we didnt have any additional questions! That is incredible and dedicated service! Thank you Jeff and Move Concierge! We feel more confident about moving in and we can't wait to install the internet, thermostat, and security system!!
