South Ogden

Chet and his team he works with are amazing! Very helpful through the entire process from start to finish. They helped me with all my questions, made sure I understood everything into detail and helped me get the best rate I was able to get. This is the second time I've worked with chet and if I ever buy another house I will continue to work with him. Thanks for everything you did.

This is my second time working with Chet, he is full of knowledge and helps make the home buying process easy! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for financing their home!

Tara was an excellent communicator and made this transaction seamless!! She was wonderful to work with. I’d highly recommend!!!

Tara was AMAZING! She was so on top of things and getting things moving along so fast! She was so patient with my husband and I being first time home buyers, and explained everything so well!! She was always taking the initiative to update us on anything new, or even if she had nothing new, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had! Thanks to her we were able to close just on time! If I had to do it again, I would call her every time!

Tom was very thorough when explaining procedures and answering any questions that we had. He and Lacy communicated with us when any changes were needed. Lacy helped walk us through all of the paperwork that was required to complete the loan. We were very confident with the way they handled our mortgage needs. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a home.

Thomas and his team was on top of everything. They made sure we had all our documents ready so that once we chose our home we were ready to submit an offer and close immediately. They made the entire home buying process very simple and streamlined.

Chet was fantastic to work with! His great communication was so helpful as we were buying our first home. He was so genuine, kind, and caring as he worked with us through the process. His time and effort was intentional and he was very helpful every step of the way.

Very surprised how smooth everything was for me and my Fiancé. Super grateful!

Everything went perfectly as planned & Chet was awesome at communicating throughout the process. Thanks Chet!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Being self employed always makes it challenging to get qualified for a mortgage, but Chet made it happen. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure he would find out promptly. He worked hard and long hours and went the extra mile! He fights for you and looks for the best path and outcome. I highly recommend CHET for your mortgage process! 5 stars!

Working with Chet Bouwhuis was truly one of the best experiences I could have asked for during my refinance process. From the very beginning, Chet met me exactly where I was-whether I needed to move quickly or take things slow, he respected my pace without ever adding pressure. What sets Chet apart isn’t just his deep knowledge and professionalism (which are exceptional), but the way he shows up as a person. During a season of life that included both loss and major transitions, he was more than a loan officer-he was a steady, supportive presence, a listening ear, and someone who genuinely cared about my well-being, not just the transaction. He consistently offered wise and thoughtful insights, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt confident every step of the way. In the end, he helped me secure a refinance that exceeded my expectations-I truly feel like I received the best possible outcome. If you’re looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also honest, patient, and genuinely invested in you, I cannot recommend Chet Bohuis highly enough. He is, without a doubt, one of the best loan officers out there.

Chet is awesome. He is easy to get a hold of and answers all questions that come up enthusiastically and in a timely manner. He is face to face with all his clients and doesn't pass anyone off to somebody else because he is "too busy"

Chet was awesome!

Chet was fantastic to work with. Everything went so smoothly. He answered all our questions and was so helpful.

Tom and his team was outstanding! My wife and I were on a journey to move back to Utah. As scary and sometime complicated the loan process is, they kept us updated and on point to have our closing go as smooth as possible. A big heart filled THANK YOU!!! Moving is stressful enough, but to move back from 2 states away, and to have a mortgage team like this one is so important. My wife and I are full of gratitude.
