Lincoln Branch

Really knowledgeable about the interest rates and how to proceed through the loan process. Easy to work with when out of his way to explain stuff and help me through the whole process.

Doug was extremely helpful in every step of the process. He knew exactly how to answer any questions that came up. This is a very stressful time, and Doug made it seem worthwhile. He was quite the cheerleader.

Doug was amazing to work with! He kept myself and our buyer updated every step of the way with the transaction AND he brought them some goodies at closing! We wouldn't have made it to the closing table without him!

Easy this talk to ! Very helpful and is very quick with a response!

Doug might actually be the nicest man on the planet.

From the moment we started working with Doug, we knew we were in good hands. He went above in beyond during every interaction to make sure we were informed and understood what was happening every step along the way to our mortgage. Getting approved for a mortgage can see like a scary process, but with Doug's help, it's smooth sailing. Can't recommend his services enough!

Doug was the absolute BEST to work with and guide us through the home loan process from start to finish! Absolute professional and genuine. We truly appreciate him and the EXCELLENT service he provided. We will highly recommend him to everyone we know that may be in the housing market.

Thank you!!! You took good care of us and we will send referral your way, that is for sure!

The home buying process was easy and, the communication was great . It was my third time working with them and each time was a great experience!

Doug is very responsive and helpful which was particularly important for a first time home owner like me. There are always administrative struggles ahead and to have a contact at your side is more worth than to pay a few tens of a percent less APR.

Doug and his team were amazing! They communicated wonderfully and really went out of their way to make everything easy! Doug was very personable and answered all of our questions! We would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Doug was super helpful during the whole process

Doug is our go-to mortgage guru! Always available to answer any questions, consistently provides great customer service for our clients, and always professional!

Doug was an outstanding partner during our home purchase. We could not have asked for a better mortgage partner!!

Doug has been amazing to work with! Very friendly and understanding. He looks out for the home buyer and explains everything perfectly. Absolutely fantastic job!

Doug is the best! We would recommend 10/10 !!

We loved working with Doug Hemminger on our home loan! He is just an awesome person and he did such a good job explaining the process to us. He always answered our questions quickly and clearly - which made the process less stressful. He went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate that!

Douge was very helpful. Kept us updated through the whole process. Will be doing business with him again in the future.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for all Doug's help during our home buying process. Before deciding who to work with, I spoke with a few different people. However, from our very first conversation, I felt a strong sense of trust in him. I had many questions along the way, and I truly appreciate his honest and straightforward answers. He consistently went above and beyond to assist us, and I can't thank him enough for that. THANK YOU so much for everything you did, Doug. You provided such a sense of relief during confusing times. We also really appreciated your integrity and how promptly you always responded to my messages, even the ones where I was just expressing my nervousness. As first-time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this journey. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have had you. I will absolutely recommend Doug to my family and friends in the future!!

Doug was great to work with and very helpful! We do recommend you develop a method for clients to send you confidential information securely rather than by email, text or postal mail. Thanks for everything!

I was incredibly satisfied with Doug and the rest of the support I received when purchasing my first house. While I worked my job all business was handled and I would receive timely friendly assistance through our the process. I can honestly say I've had more stressful and difficult transactions with gas station attendants.

Douglas is awesome!
