Terrance works with first-time homebuyers, homeowners looking to refinance, and clients exploring real estate investment opportunities. A former collegiate athlete and current basketball coach, Terrance brings the same mindset of preparation, discipline, and teamwork to every client relationship. When he’s not helping clients structure loans or navigate the homebuying process, Terrance is a proud girl dad of two. Much of his free time is spent supporting his daughters—whether that’s at a soccer field, cheer competition, or a flag football field, and he values the same sense of commitment, teamwork, and community that sports bring into family life.
