This is the second time I have used People's Mortgage. The first was to buy the house five years ago and this was a refi. They made it a simple process with minimal paperwork and they were able to get us into a 15 year mortgage for not much over what we were paying for the 30 year. Great service!

Ron keep me up-to date with my loan. He provided value information and suggested few adjustments related to my monthly income. He provided logic for the need to withdraw a small amount of funds from my IRA. The process took a little longer then I thought, but everything went smoothly and the refinance was done. Ron did a great jobs and I thank for his effort and support.
