The whole team helped me at some point along the way but Bethany was my main point of contact. My husband and I had the smoothest journey buying our home with the assistance of Rick. We bought when interest rates were at an all time high, so we were understandably spooked by the high numbers. Rick is unique from other loan officers in that he always gave us the absolute highest numbers as worst case scenarios so that we would not be surprised going into closing. Rick also spent what I estimate to be hours of time on the phone with us talking us through different options like buy downs to help ease us into our new mortgage rate, and simply to make sure we understood the whole process. If we could rate him higher than 5 stars we absolutely would.
