I brought my pet in to Noah’s Ark- Springdale, OH location for her yearly well check and vaccines. I was greated with friendly smiles and was seen on time. Every staff member that I had an encounter with introduced themselves. My pet was treated with kind words and gentle touches as they saw she was nervous. Her assessment was thorough and an explanation for coarse of treatment (vaccines)was explained. Recommendations for future treatment was given (dental cleaning). Billing is extremely fair. I would highly recommend this facility for animal care.

Everyone is always fantastic when I bring Mr. Fin in. I really appreciated how quickly we could get in and not feeling crazy for bringing a bag of dog poop in (so sorry, lol). There’s a top tier level of care that I believe we get when we come here and it makes us feel welcomed to come back when we need something! As always, very informative and left without questions!

The doctor was wonderful. I felt like my boys were really well cared for. And all of my concerns were answered. I felt the whole staff was friendly and took great care of my babies. I hope to have that doctor again because I felt very comfortable with her :)

Amazing staff, thourough exams, great with pets!

I was very pleased to be able to stay with my kitty cat for a simple vaccine and nail trim vs. taking her to the back without me. Going to the vet is a stressful experience for most fur babies and being with her can help reduce the stress, so thank you for accommodating my request to stay with her! We appreciate that!

The staff was great! The vet was very thorough and personable also. She gave me some suggestions regarding changing Crocker’s diet to help with his allergies.

Got in within 5 minutes, spoke with health tech about my pup and she was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Erin Rhodes Came in almost immediately and diagnosed my pup with arthritis. I had questions about it and other health isssues going on with him and she was clear and concise and communicated well. She popped out to tend to a cat and came back within a few minutes. She was professional, patient and thorough answering other questions and I didn’t feel rushed and for that I am grateful. Next visit I will request Erin Rhodes - if she’s not on maternity leave :)
