MICHAEL DEMORATO

Everyone was very helpful. No complaints.

Continue providing the excellent communication that is so essential in this process

Mortgage Solutions is a very good company to do business with, i highly recommend them.

I am a first time home buyer and I wasn’t sure if I could get approved for a home loan. I talked to a loan officer at MSF and explained my situation. He encouraged me to apply for the loan. MSF made the process easy and painless. Thanks to them I am now the proud owner of my first home!

Everyone at MSF was extremely helpful and accommodating! I can't thank them enough

None. The process was smooth sailing for me

So far so good

The paperwork, a little guidance on what to expect and what to do/not do would be a huge help.

Being delayed by the HOA’s recertification process.

Closing delayed by the HOA’s recertification process.

No pain points

No complaints

Outside of the hands of the lender, mostly with just the sellers side of the process. But Michael was able to guide me through the process as extensions occurred to ensure I still got the best possible service, and assisted me with ensuring my rate stayed locked.

Mr. DeMorato and his team are excellent

Trying to get my credit right to be able to get the home of my dreams.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. You made it possible for my veteran husband and I to be able to purchase our first home with not so great credit due to past four scene circumstances. I appreciate everything you have done and will always give a referral

My biggest "pain points" were outside issues which Michael and his team resolved very well

Nothing on y'all it was my credit problems and they got it done as fast as they could. Very happy

No "pain points" I had great communication & assistance when I needed it.

Michael and his staff came through on our loan as he said he would, working with our less than stellar credit history for our VA Loan and brought it to closing. He had our Sellers pay $9000.00 in closing costs and even had our Earnest Money returned to us at Closing. He is exceptional at his profession and we would recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage company to purchase a home.

It was an exceptionally smooth and seamless process from start to finish. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Michael, the loan officer, truly went above and beyond—demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a clear commitment to excellent service. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at every step made a lasting impression.

I am a disabled Veteran. As with a lot of us right now things are tight every month financially due to inflation and just general cost going up drastically. I did not think buying a home was an option for me at all. I was able to connect with Michael and give him all my details in my life. All was took in stride. Michael was my first breath of fresh air in almost 8 years. Throughout the process I was educated, explained, and shown the patience that only a family would give to you, Michaels team became part of my daily journey. We WON! They got me my home! Not only that they put me on my feet to start my life again. It was not just about my home, but a total life reset! I cannot say enough to Michael and his team’ Cory G.

This was, by far, the best experience we've had thus far.

I did not have any pain points. My file was a challenge. Each hurdle that came up the team would take personal time and me through what was needed from me. Cannot say enough.

great job

You did great.

Great company and excellent staff

First time home buying is a headache, so many documents, so much information.

Trying to get onto site via addl email adfy for both of us.

I really didn’t have any we took our time finding our home that suited us and they were very understanding with our process

Most of my problems with the whole process was caused by me. MSF staff was great throughout the process and provided knowledgeable advice and answered all my questions.

With the new app, things felt a little glitchy. I’m old school and like doing things in person and on the phone rather than an app or email.

I don’t think anything was due to the lender specifically. There were some hiccups with appraisal, and maybe a snag with a new underwriter, but I am very thankful for the whole team that helped me though this process.

Everything went smooth.

No pain points, they helped me with everything. My loan office answered every question and convert I had.

My financial situation and the process went pretty smooth.

No issues at all!

Buying a house is stressful. Michael helps navigate you through the stressful times.

No complaints

No pain points. Great experience for us.

This was hands down the best experience I could have hoped for. I am still in my 20s and have the ability to say I am a homeowner now, this is not something I thought I would be able to achieve at this age. My lender treated me and my husband with so much care and respect as a fellow veteran he understood our hardships and made sure to get us the help we needed and that ultimately led us to buying our dream home. The process was so quick and easy I almost couldn't believe it. It all felt like a dream until our lender Julian Barrientos and the whole Mortgage solutions team made it a reality. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Sharing the interest rate of the loan upfront as well as explaining in more detail why that interest rate was given would be helpful. I was very stress by learning my interest rate later in the process and felt stuck.

No pain points

No complains here . Everything was great .

Everything was good, except the resending of documents but I understand why it was the part of the process.

The time difference was a challenge.
