The biggest pain point was the stress of not getting approved in one direction we went but Mike Colomb made some changes with his expertise and got us on the right path to bettering our future with the loan. There is no improvements necessary when there is great people like Mike Colomb helping.

I would say, I had no pain points. I just listened to my loan officer and went forward.

Very thoughtful and helped me along the way even with a tough credit score was able to help and get me in a home.

I’m so thankful with all the amazing work that Millie Thungberg has accomplished for us , she is the best . If I need the same help in the future, I’d definitely choose her as my first option all over again.

Buying a home has been our dream, and Brady by far superseded my expectations. The process was extremely easy, as his communication practices made the entire process from start to finish seamless. Brady and his team even went the extra mile during last minute crunch time to ensure we were able to close before a long 3 day weekend. We were able to close in record time on our dream home that initially we thought was out of our reach. He texted, emailed and called regularly and was available within moments for any concerns I had. Documents were sent swiftly, everything was easy to sign and understand. I am absolutely 1000 percent happy with the entire process and so very grateful for the entire team.
