Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative. The hardest part was waiting and praying nothing went astray.

It was painless they guided me to what I needed and I went from preapproved to ctc with no problems house found and sale completed with no issues or complaints a huge thank you to my lending team Paul, Michelle, Judy and every one involved

The title company was a "pain point " but that's not on MSF or Kathy Sloane. 😊

The only pain point I had was not due to Caleb or anything with this company. As far as Mortgage solutions is concerned they were amazing

Waiting on a VA appraisal

The company makes the process simpler then some. They don't brush anyone off and attempt to help the consumer. Issues get worked on as they come up. Overall, the entire refinance process didn't take long and everything was accomplished in the end.

I have no complaints. They were able to get the loan approved, without hiccups.

The uncertainty. Waiting for offers to be accepted, underwriting decisions, appraisal results, and the clear-to-close can be incredibly stressful. Understanding the process. Mortgage terms, escrow, inspections, title, and closing documents can feel overwhelming for first-time buyers. The process can be emotional and stressful, especially for first-time buyers, so regular reassurance and updates go a long way. Other than that, I truly appreciated the patience, knowledge, and guidance I received every step of the way. I always felt like my questions were welcomed

Underwriting continued to second guess something and get cold feet several times. Specifically, hours before the scheduled closing. At least twice, we were cleared to close, then at the last minute, they needed to verify employment or documents that were previously presented before we were cleared to close. This complaint is not with my loan officer, but underwriting.

Honestly there weren’t any pain points. In fact when there were some pain points, David and his team went above and beyond to resolve them.

Mr. Hughes and Calla LiVecchi were absolutely outstanding! They were professional and worked tirelessly to help us. They work well together too. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Hughes did not accept no for supporting us; he finds a way! It does not even seem the word is in his vocabulary when it comes to helping! The only negative comment was with the title company- Our Notary, "Sheeba," was more than 4 hours late for the closing.

Efraín is a special person and that transfers over to his Work whom he cares so much for his customer and treats them like family. I don’t know what I would do with out Efrain. He works for an extended more than the usually service such as weekends, late nights, vacations, etc… it doesn’t matter he will be there to guide you through all the process. He is fully knowledgeable person and we are blessed to have him take care of of our every need , explain the process which would have been impossible for us to complete by ourselves or let alone to even comprehend.

Everything was pretty great. At closing their was some issues however they were not caused by Dallas. Dallas was quick to get resolved same day so we could close same day.

The paperwork, a little guidance on what to expect and what to do/not do would be a huge help.
