Jorge is from Irving, Texas, and spent many of his summers growing up with family in San Angelo and Brownsville. A proud Dallas Cowboys fan, he enjoys cooking, whether it's in the kitchen or out by the grill, and considers himself a car enthusiast. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys learning about space, sharing dad jokes, and spending time with his wife, two-year-old daughter, and two cats. A fun fact about Jorge is that he was born on Friday the 13th!
