Consistently exceeds expectations. James is always, always available to answer my questions Loan process is usually very stressful especially in underwriting because of the last minute requests and not knowing what and why certain questions are asked but Southern Trust is the only place I know of that communicates along the way and makes you aware of the milestones left in the process. Unfortunately this day in time a lot of things are out of our control but my decision to work Southern Trust is something you can control and I highly encourage you give you them a call RIGHT AWAY! I have done the research for you. Other mortgage companies will usually sell you a dream and make you think you qualify for a 2.7 interest rate with NO money down before they even check your credit. Then once you start the process you are caught off guard by all the fees they are usually not willing to explain in more detail but rest assured Southern trust will give you their all. They wont SELL a dream, they are a dream. How they treat their clients, explaining everything with a keen amount of patience, time and attention.
