ISA BRYANT

The amount of phone calls because of the "late" payment. I was told I would not have a payment for the moth we closed and the month after. It was put in the notes every time I received a call but nobody would read the notes BEFORE they called about the late payment.

Only pain point was the servicing team’s refusal to make notations of the approved refinance.

I would’ve never in my wildest dreams. Think I would be at homeowner. Isa removed every intimidation factor out of the home buying process and made it extremely simple. I don’t know what I would have done without her guidance and persistence. I am truly grateful for mortgage solutions!

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative. The hardest part was waiting and praying nothing went astray.

Everything was so smooth and easy to understand Isa made sure everything was explained to me she kept in contact and she was always available when I had questions she is amazing.

The seller’s agent

Nothing everything was great

Nothing.

Signing the paperwork, twice

Isa and the team did a GREAT job! Thank you all so much for everything!

the biggest pain point was submitting the same document a few times over between the loan processor and underwriter. Maybe have file folders for them to be placed in for reference or when needed.

The asking for the same document over and over.

Isa truly made this process so smooth and truly I couldn't imagine if I had used someone else as my loan officer.

Just waiting on the clear to close. Really isa helped with everything perfectly i couldn't imagine using somebody else if I ever buy another home I will definitely want isa as my loan officer

I would say the appraisal process would be the biggest pain point as we had come to a stopping point with the appraisal.

The biggest pain point was the appraisal process

I sincerely appreciate Isa and all she has done!

Isa is amazing to work with!

there was no problem whatsoever. She was the best.

I had no pain points. Isa was simply amazing. She kept us fully informed and made the whole process stress free!

This was our first home buying process but it was smooth and we were kept informed each step of the way.

The biggest pain point was towards to end of the process. We had about 12 days where nothing was asked of from underwriting. Then in the last two days, the day prior and closing day, underwriting was asking for more and more. If these things would have been requested sooner it would not have been as stressful.

I have zero complaints everyone was amazing.

I had no clue what I was doing and Isa walked me through everything! It was less scary and stressful than I expected!

Isa kept me informed at every step of the way and was beyond helpful!!
