Howard was an absolutely outstanding person to work with as we took on the process of closing on our first home. When we first started the process we were out of state, and didn't even know if we'd qualify to buy a house. We had several circumstances that complicated our situation (low income, young - 22 at time of closing, short work history + self employment) but Howard always had our back. He provided great advice to help raise our credit, offered all possible avenues for financing, and explained every step of the process as we went through it. Additionally, he was easy to reach, provided friendly service, and has years of knowledge that makes him an easy person to recommend for anyone looking to close on a house.
