Hannah absolutely saved me after I moved to a new state and city. She set me up with internet and a security system when I didn’t know where to begin. She also gave me great advice on less costly phone service (which I’m sure I’ll follow up on!). Super personable, kind, funny and efficient. 10/10

Really good kind experience

Hannah was patient, kind and personable. She was very informative and provided explanations to all the services. She puts her customers' preferences first! I did become nervous when she requested my social and checking account, but she helped me through that process as well. I hope she knows this is not a reflection on her. She was great.

Great experience. Hannah is extremely customer focused and very knowledgeable. She took care of everything I needed and saved me a bunch of "lookup" time. Whatever you are paying her, it isn't enough.
