The portal could use work. It’ll show you have pending things assigned after you have already completed the request. which makes the journey more difficult because you’re stressing that you don’t mess anything up because you know this may be my only shot at a house.

TidalSOLO app was very redundant. I was completing required documents and sending them to my loan officernwhile the app was requesting the same exact documents. It was good for updates in the process, but not for completing the steps of the process.

With Hannah I didnt find there to be pain points that she wasn't able to attack and overcome quickly, and several things that could of been pain points were relieved of what had caused then before they ever made it to me. Hannah's is a true subject matter expert and does her job is like fashion.

How smooth it was

Everything was perfect.

I’d say the only thing was for me was having to track down 24 months of bank statements and then come to find out they didn’t need them. But Hannah originally said i didn’t need them.
