DARIN GUSTAFSON

Not really any pain. Davin was great and was in communication with us the entire time

Highly recommend to others!

Different people with each step in the process that causes confusion in the process

Need to have better access to online account, to check status more often.

Very thoughtful and helped me along the way even with a tough credit score was able to help and get me in a home.

The underwriting was a rough spot, my background check for a clearance was easier to deal with then underwriting.

Just keep Darin on board because he made this experience so easy for us and explained everything.

There were actually nothing, the process was amazing from your guys.

Nothing short of a success! Truly enjoyed working with Fred Salas!

Buying my first home was a big step, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My loan officer, Darin Gustafson, stayed on the phone with me and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step along the way. He was always available to answer my questions—no matter how small or “dumb” they might have seemed—and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend Darin to all my friends and family.

When it goes to underwriting it would be good if they looked over documentation you sent them that they asked for

My experience was excellent. Darin answered any questions or concerns I had. He was always available when I needed him

Darin was great and knowledgeable, very professional and overall easy to work with.
