Dan Nielsen is fantastic. There are those who are knowledgeable, and there are those who care, GENUINELY care. It is, in my opinion, that Mr. Nielsen is both. I truly enjoyed working with him on my refinance. We could probably talk for hours about waterskiing and lake houses alone... Regarding the mortgage though, I was amazed by his knowledge and understanding of the whole process, the market, ways to improve my credit, etc. Dan should be applauded for his efforts. He is indeed a master at his craft. A big thank you going out to Dan Nielsen.
