Phil was amazing, hands down had a great experience with him. Not only was he very professional he was just easy to talk with and had no issues at all when having to contact him. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions in depth. Even after closing he still answered any questions I had, which is very much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a lender.
