My internet showed up. Very friendly. But does not seem as knowledgeable as I would like. He ended up putting my modem in the furthest place in the house from the rest of the house. And reiterated to me in my 4800+ sq ft house that was the only place to do it. I asked him over and over again to make sure the place he picked is best for what I need. Now I have upstairs media room and master bedroom with no signal. He made 2 calls to his back office and told me to get a repeater. The alarm guy came with only 1 keypad vs 3 keypads that I insisted they bring when I set this up with you guys. They said they never got message. He upsold me numerous other stuff that also sounds cool. Said he will call me back yesterday afternoon to set up next appt. It is now 3:30pm the next day. Haven't heard from anyone.
