Drew was very knowledgeable, and always made himself available to discuss any questions or concerns from the start of the application process all the way through to the closing. Allie (Drew's secretary) was a pleasure to work with as well. However, the underwriter was extremely slow and continued to request information, that had already been provided in different forms, up until the day of closing. The underwriter's organization and communication must be improved.
