My experience with Contour Mortgage was very good. Working with Dan McGorman and Craig Zwerling made my first refinance experience very easy to navigate. They were very attentive and responsive to all my questions and concerns. The only small thing I would suggest to improve is the system in which a user uploads their documents, as it would be nice to have the option to delete or edit any document that a user uploads in the system. Aside from that, I would highly recommend Contour Mortgage to anyone interested in a mortgage or refinance.
