My original underwriting assistant resigned and my file had to be reassigned to someone else which created a lack of communication. And then on the day of my closing (which was 3 days later than expected) was delayed because my loan officer resigned on the day I was closing. I’m not sure what is happening at mortgage solutions or why everyone is resigning but it definitely affected us in our mortgage process.
