This is my 2nd home purchase with Bill and the ADP program. Bill is the GOAT OF MORTGAGE!!! He ALWAYS gives GREAT advice. His experience and expertise are 2nd to NONE. All I had to do was provide the vision or my expected outcome and he was able to tell me exactly what COULD or COULDN'T happen, as well as what it would take to make it happen.
