Unfortunately, I've been screwed. Deeply. I purchased a boat 5 months ago and have had more problems with this "meticulously maintained" one owner boat. I haven't even been able to use it once.** Please feel free to read the ad thats still being posted on Craigslist of the "2000 Chris Craft 210"** (Not sure why its still listed for sale, but you guys can take it back if you want it). The appearances of the boat are pretty, very well maintained as far as physical appearance, but nothing else. I specifically stated i did not want a project and this boat has been nothing but a sickening project. I took it for the initial test ride, it ran strong but needed minor fixes with the outdrive which also became a dragged out pain in the ass for 2 months, my boat just sitting in your lot untouched. NO ENGINE WORK WAS NEEDED. After I picked up the boat with half the outdrive work completed (due to the insane amount of time it was taking), I finished the work with ease, dropped it in the water to leak check it with no problems. Now, to get this damn thing running has been another issue, time, money, aggregation and an over all $11K project boat on a "Meticulously maintained, one owner boat". Thanks for the heads up about literally everything being garbage on this boat, the motor is corroding away from the inside out, after pulling the risers and seeing that, this boat might as well be in a junk yard. Theres a lot more than what is stated here. Being active duty military makes it difficult to spend literally all of my free time troubleshooting this boat and growing a severe hatred for it without even using it. Thanks for this shit trailer also, the boat is too heavy for it amongst other typical problems. Extremely unhappy about everything with this boat, although my time spent dealing with Ehrin made it slightly less shitty because he's genuinely a nice guy and really tried helping as much as possible.
