Staff was very pleasant professional courteous, wait time longer than anticipated but not not the ordinary if I could comment on anything. It would be it would be nice to be able to have your dog going to examination room when you get there so it wouldn't be so many dogs in the lobby irritation getting them to obey distraction other than that overall A4
