Pat is thorough and detailed and a very kind man. He was not rushing us and always asked if we have any more questions or concerns. The pictures he provides are such added value as well. He is quick to respond to emails and text messages. He took time to converse with our daughter and engaged her in conversation; which was so nice and kind of him.
