I can’t say enough great things about Anthony Pierson with North Group Personal Concierge. He was absolutely stellar throughout the entire process and made our move so much easier and less stressful. Anthony went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from getting utilities and internet set up to helping with home security and making sure we weren’t overlooking any of the little details that come with moving into a new home. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of properly. What impressed me most was how easy he made the entire process. Instead of having to research and coordinate everything ourselves, Anthony helped guide us through it, answered every question we had, and made sure we knew exactly what needed to be done. His communication was excellent, and he was always willing to help. Having Anthony as our Personal Concierge was an incredible service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone moving into a new home. North Group is lucky to have him. 10/10 experience from start to finish!
