We have yet to go on, and return from our upcoming tour of Ireland with Kevin McKrell through Hammond Tours. However, communication with Susan has always been answered in a timely fashion. She has been extremely helpful in many aspects of this trip as needed. Also, communication from Susan/Kevin has been as helpful.
