They kept asking the same questions over and over again. After I answered questions from the loan officer, they'd tell me we were good to go then the underwriter would ask the same question and I'd have to go through the process all over again. There's no communication between them and when I brought up an issue with the loan officer, I got no response. When I asked the underwriter, and they'd ask the same loan officer, they'd get an immediate response. The customer is NOT their top priority. They aren't organized or well managed. Overall, there are much better mortgage companies for you to use.
