Matt did a superior job for us - made himself available evenings and weekends to phone calls. I felt VERY confident that Matt knew what he was doing during the prequlification, purchase, and closing periods. He was able to help us get the lowest interest rate in our mortgage and also helped us thru negations. Matt was careful to explain all options and was very thorough in research and helping us w/ the purchase of our new house in Iowa.
