If I could write multiple 5 star reviews I would.. That's what Kara deserves. All the previous glowing reviews are spot on accurate. I have been working with Kara on and off for the last few years attempting to purchase multiple properties without luck due do the current real estate climate. (2020-2022) We finally closed and we couldn't be happier. Kara has been an absolute rock throughout the entire process. I honestly cannot recommend anyone BUT her. She answers phone calls, texts, emails and inquiries from all parties immediately and without fail. She knows the business inside and out and will explain things, if needed, every step of the way. She fights for you to get the best rate in the timeframe needed and knows how to pivot when the direction changes, without batting an eye.
