When my husband and I needed an updated prequalification letter, Bill worked on it on a Friday evening, so that my husband and I could include it with the purchase offer that we made that evening. He followed through the next morning (Saturday), calling the Sellers' real estate agent to make sure that she received the prequalification letter and understood that we were qualified Buyers. We ultimately got a solid purchase and sale agreement, closed the loan and escrow, and became owners of the vacation home of our dreams.
