Kaila went the full distance to assure my requests were fulfilled. There was an problem and miscommunication with the internet provider regard the installation at first. Kaila worked tirelessly making numerous calls to straighten it out, keeping me informed throughout. She is a great asset and I so happy I had the pleasure of having her take care of my internet and TV services.
