I had never heard of a utility concierge service before and was not looking forward to looking up each utility and negotiating my plan. Paul walked me through a variety of different scenarios, educated me on the differences between different plans, and provided his own personal recommendations. I was expecting the process to take a long time to wrap up but Paul took care of it on one phone call. Cannot say enough good things about my experience.
