Steph is the best! I've recommended her to eveyone. She's great with details and I love that you can ask her any question and she gives a great clear answer and doesn't make you feel like and idiot for not knowing. She actually cares about you as a fellow human and sent a baby gift when we had our 2nd baby. When we were first time home buyers she even helped me with insurance and personally spoke to someone who was potentially being dishonest with us when I asked her for help. She fully gained all my trust after that. She knows the whole industry and her background in realty is super helpful. But mostly she's a great human and someone you definitely want in your corner.
