I am so grateful that I was able to be seeing the same day. This was a semi urgent matter as Thor could’ve gotten worse if he did not get his anti-inflammatory medicines if we had to wait a week like the other vet that he’s been going to for nine years was trying to tell us to do. The staff is very friendly and the doctor was amazing and clear. I love that it was great care but also extremely affordable. We actually plan now to have both of our dogs come to Noah’s Ark for any of their future needs. The only thing I would recommend is to have like a printed treatment plan. For me, I have different autoimmune diseases that causes a lot of brain fog and chronic fatigue. So I need written directions so I can also like explain to my husband the treatment plan and that I don’t get anything wrong. For me I need everything in writing just so I didn’t misinterpret something in my brain. Even though the doctor is being clear in the room, it’s just about remembering everything that was discussed.
