Mark answered every single question I had many months prior to actually applying for my home loan; he gave me a plan & goal of what I would need to be ready to apply. He was the most honest I had experienced & gave advice about things beyond just my pending home loan, how taxes would effect me, etc. Mark was very thorough when answering every one of my questions & was available at anytime.
