I’m happy and thankful because Winstrust help me to buy my home, but I got frustrated sometimes because a lot of requirements, proofs and paper to sign. They didn’t get me ready for all of this before starting with the process. Alfredo is a nice person and did good job with my application loan, but I would have liked that people who work there had the time to explain things before starting with applications, and consequently make you feel stressed out because they are busy running all the time and wanted to get things right away.
