Jeff is very responsive and knowledgeable regarding the mortgage process and steps to be taken. He also lends good insight as to when you might lock a rate vs letting it float. Markets are not 100% predictable, but i appreciated having a good level of information and direction from Jeff to make an informed decision. I also feel Jeff is backed with a high degree of support within the Wintrust organization, specifically Sherrie.
