We were just viewing the open house and were early on in our home search (only 3 days). We didn't have a preference on Relators at the time and the house Barbara was showing was only our second stop. After talking to her and finding out that she can represent both the seller and buyer we decided that it could make the transition of the purchase a bit smoother should we get our offer accepted. So it was a win - win for all parties with out all the back and forth. Barbara was very helpful in the whole process. Even though she was the seller's relator first, you could never tell with all the attention she was giving us through out. At times my wife and I felt we had known Barbara for years and we were all able to communicate open and honestly through out. Barbara was very helpful in coordinating with our loan company as well. My wife and I thought they too worked well together. So well in fact that everything seemed at times to be going as planned and nothing was missed. Barbara was the best experience I have had with any realtor in my entire life. I am almost saddened that the process is over and we will not have all the fun conversations about the house going forward. She is a great asset and anyone the buys with her will be satisfied with the outcome. Mike Jensen also helped with a few tips on how to use the solar of our new place. He was very supportive even though he was not too involved. Great team! Barbara did everything in her power (being both the seller and buyer representative) to ensure we got this house. We love it and look forward to many years there.
