Jim and his team were knowledgeable and helpful. I switched to them after my offer was accepted and they were able to meet the shorter window we offered for financing. They were also able to find a grant I qualified for in my area and help navigate me through some of the decisions I had to make for my loan. I would use him again next time I need a loan!
