Very knowledgeable of everything discussed especially the finer details. I ask a lot of questions, so I appreciate it when they know their product and service to answer every question correctly. He was friendly, good conversationlist and never felt rushed to be done with the phone call. I appreciate the service as of course I have a lot going on with closing on the house.
