I appreciate how thorough and detailed Mark was throughout the process and his excellent communication. He got us a great rate and made sure we had everything we needed. I would and have already recommended him to others. My only complaint is a small one, and relates to the automated mortgage status emails we received. These would often inaccurately portray the process, such as the email that we received that the process was complete the day before we had to update our homeowners insurance. Overall, I felt informed, up to date, and valued as a customer.
