This loan was originally with another lender. 1 HR 18 MIN before closing the other lender called to say they couldn't close loan! Buyers and sellers were livid. I knew who to call, within 2 hours Emily had people calmed down that she could close this deal within 8 days. We closed at 8 days just like Emily said.
