While the level of service was excellent, the biggest irritant was the impression that everyone involved in the lending process was not communicating with each other. I realize that there are several different sections in the system that have their own individual responsibilities. However, the one issue that was the most frustrating was when a check had not presented for payment in what they felt was a timely fashion. Two of the people in the process stated that the check issue wasn't important provided that it cleared prior to closing. The third individual was emailing constantly to the point that after the check cleared I said that if she continued to contact me about it I would pull my account and go with another lender. Getting back to the original statement, the lack of communication between the different stations is the reason my rating is not a 5 out of 5.
