VerifiedWe love the furniture, a Stickley bed frame, but we had some issues in getting it. We had a huge delay in delivery; we were supposed to have it delivered in November 2020 and we didn't get it until March 2021. No one from Sheffield ever contacted us about the delays. We only received information when we called. Even leaving messages, no one would call us back with information on the reason for the delays or a new delivery date. While we understand that Covid complicated this situation and was cited as the reason for the delays, a lot of goodwill could have been built by being proactive in contacting us with updates. Lastly, the delivery people who were unwilling to build the frame with all the bottom bed slats screwed into the side boards around our sleep number bed. We had measured out the mattresses and knew how we could assemble it to have the most stability, but they were unwilling to listen. We ended up reassembling the bed frame correctly ourselves after they left. Overall, our Stickley bed frame is just as we wanted, but for the price of this piece, we expected much better customer service, especially for a place like Sheffield, that deals in higher end furnishings.
